Cleaning:

3. Let them dry.
Cooking
1. Prepare the bird's nest in deep plate/bowl, add some goji berry*, rock sugar*, ginseng* and water.Rock sugar is refined form of sugar, it is less sweet and known to be healthier than refined table sugar.
2. Steam for 60 minutes.
